Plastic injection
The manufacture of parts using plastic injection is carried out in the TECHNOCHINA factory for all production requiring a press of up to 300 T and through subcontracting for all part formats requiring a machine with higher tonnage (up to 2000 T).

In the area of plastic injection, TECHNOCHINA has developed know-how in over molding of metallic and plastic inserts, thereby enabling the manufacture of added-value « soft touch parts » (notably over molding of thermoplastic elastomer).

The plastic injection workshop is equipped with HAITIAN brand injector presses of 60 to 300 T and includes a workshop for mold service and maintenance.

A French plastics engineer heads the « plastic injection » unit, which is made up of teams of Chinese technicians and workers. The production model is organized as 3 x 8,
7 days a week.
